How we work

Site visit

Site visit is very important to make us know the accurate dimensions of space and also the site visit survey gives us the chance to create different design proposals

Brainstorm meeting (Moodboard)

After the site visit we arrange online or offline meeting with the client to discuss his requirements and all the architectural modifications then we start to coordinate these requirements considering the budget and the design concept

2D Design

Now we can easily create 2D technical shop drawings with detailed symbols include
- Furniture
- Ceiling
- Lighting
Electricity
-Floor
In this stage you can visualize your space and know all the scaled measurements for each item

3D Design

After Client's approval on 2D design concept. We start to impalement 3d design and transfer all the measurements and drawings into 3D view taking in consideration the decoration details as ( wallpaper , partition , Futec works )

Mixing different Interior design styles

Interior design styles depends on how to link between furniture and decoration and without this link a lot of repulsions and conflict will appear

Classic furniture + Modern design = Not Matching

On the other hand you can choose your design and get the harmony between furniture and style

Colors

When choosing colors, it is necessary to take into account the appropriate colors for each room and the proportion of each color in the room

The rule (60 , 30 , 10) is applied

What is this rule ?

It's a classic decor rule that helps create a color palette for a space. It states that 60% of the room should be a dominant color, 30% should be the secondary color or texture and the last 10% should be an accent.

Area of Rooms Compared to Area of Furniture

It is preferable to choose pieces of furniture that are consistent with the size of the room in which they will be placed, taking into account leaving spaces for freedom of movement in the room.
